Shri Raj Kumar Khanna
(Founding Partner)

The firm was established in 1947 by Shri Raj Kumar Khanna (Founder). Late Shri Raj Kumar Khanna served as the president of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 1972 - 1973. He was decorated by the President of India with the national award of Padma Shri in 1974 and Padma Bhushan in 1975.

Shri Raj Kumar Khanna has also famously served Indian lawn tennis in the capacity of a sports administrator. The lawn tennis arena - R K Khanna Stadium in New Delhi, housing the All-India Tennis Association (AITA) office, is the biggest testimony of his contribution to the game. He was non-playing captain of the Indian Davis Cup team when India reached the finals of the Davis Cup in 1966. He has officiated as the AITA secretary from 1966 to 1974 and again from 1988 to 1992 before becoming its president for eight years from 1992 to 2000.

Since 2000, Mr. Anil Khanna has shouldered the legacy of the firm from his father and founding partner, and under his leadership and guidance along with the senior partners, the firm has grown from strength to strength.
