Mr. Anil Khanna is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (ICAEW). He is a gold medallist and a Stephen’s prize awardee having stood first in the 1974 exams. He also stood first in the professional 1 exam of the ICAEW and was awarded the Plender’s prize in November 1975.

He has over 40 years of professional experience with R K Khanna & Co. In his professional capacity, Mr. Anil Khanna is one of the oldest member’s (since 1973) of DFK International. Besides his accounting and rich international marketing business experience, Mr Khanna has served the country’s banking industry as a Director of two nationalised banks, for more than 10 years.

He is an eminent personality in the international sport arena in the capacity of a sports administrator. He served as the President of the Asian Tennis Federation from 2005 to 2019 and is also a nominated Life President of the continental body. Mr. Khanna is a serving Vice President of the Indian Olympic Association, and also the first ever Indian to be elected as the Vice President of the International Tennis Federation from 2015 to 2019. He continues to serve as a board member on the Federation’s International Board of directors.

Mr. Vipin Bali has specialization of over 35 years (Practicing since 1984) in statutory audits, systems and operations audits, management consultancy, corporate advisory services, project finance, investment strategies and public issues.

Mr. Vipin Bali has served a broad spectrum of businesses and industries including manufacturing, logistics, automotive components, Information technology, publishing, travel and tourism and the services industry.

Mr. Y.K Sharma has over 30 years (Practicing since 1987) of expertise in Tax related matters including Income Tax advisory, corporate and allied laws and management advisory services. During his career he has has represented various corporates and other clientele before the Tax Tribunals in India.

Mr. Y.K Sharma in his prior experience has also served as Head of finance of a public sector undertaking wherein, he had introduced and implemented systems, accounting procedures, purchase documentation etc.
